⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Recently we visited this nightclub on February 13 and 14, and overall, we had a great experience. The service and food were very good. The waiters and waitresses were attentive and friendly, and the security staffs were professional and not intimidating. The DJs were good on both nights, but we personally preferred the DJ on the 14th. Cuz it would be even better if more energetic and widely known party songs were played to make the crowd more excited and engaged. The dancers were beautiful, talented, and cheerful. The host did an excellent job managing the event and keeping the atmosphere lively, even when the crowd was quiet. The customers were well-behaved and respectful, which made the environment feel safe and enjoyable. However, one area that needs improvement is the reception. The receptionist seemed impatient, and her facial expressions and attitude toward foreigners felt unwelcoming. As we also work in customer service, we understand how important first impressions are. We have visited this club more than once, so this feedback comes from repeated experiences. Cuz we also visited in the last year. Additionally, the toilet cleanliness need to be improved. Overall, the club is clean, safe, and enjoyable. Most of the staffs provide excellent service, and the atmosphere is great for having fun. Thank you for all, and we hope to see some improvements in the future.

Overall, we had a fun night and enjoyed the atmosphere. However, there were a few things that left us disappointed. The receptionist (the staff member wearing braces) did not treat foreign guests with proper respect. The attitude made us feel as if we did not belong there, which was quite uncomfortable. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. At that moment, we honestly felt like turning around and leaving. In addition, the restroom facilities were unacceptable — they were unclean and had a strong unpleasant smell. This is something that definitely needs improvement. Aside from these issues, the rest of the experience was enjoyable. With better customer service and improved cleanliness, this place could offer a much better experience.

We’re really not satisfied with your receptionist staff coz she treated us like we’re not Singapore and she’s very rude. I’m not saying that not all your staff. The staff with dental braces. We went your club for fun . We want to be enjoy and more fun .Then we use a lot of money. We hope that next time we’ll not be choosing anymore of your club. We’ll be sure.

* Security excellent, we have told one of the Security staff ( a big guy, forgetting to ask his name) saying we're first time there and we're not local and we're uncomfortable to be approached by some grp of guys pls help to look out for us and yes he done his job well till ending. * This place is a hard dance music place ( we loved it). Dj's are good too. * it's a non smoke free place, quite irritated if u r a non-smoker. * easy to call grab too. As we party till ending 3am no issues. We're staying near jb custom hotel. * For food wise, we just ordered 1 plate of popcorn chicken which I didn't try but words from my friends was ok. Honestly when you feel you're safe then you can enjoy, spend and party hard, thumb up to you bro. (the big guy bouncer😁😁) 4pax visitors. we'll be back 🕺 👯‍♀️ 💃 🎶
