If the showtime states 8:50 PM, the movie really does start at 8:50 because there are no on-screen advertisements, so please choose your showtime carefully. The cinema is very large but not many people visit, which I actually like because the interior looks premium. I bought my ticket at the counter, and since I visited on a weekday, the crowd was minimal which only around 5–6 people in the hall and creating a very calm atmosphere. The cinema hall was easy to locate without needing to ask staff, and the restroom facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hall was also well soundproofed, with no disturbances from neighboring screenings. Overall, I would definitely visit again if there’s a good movie to watch.

The cinema from entrance is very wide and big but since we came on monday, not so much people in the cinema. If you prefer a very quit place and comfortable its will ne womei cineplex baletime. There also have a sleeper seat.

Bad theatre. I came to watch a movie at 10am, and the theatre just open at 10am. No snacks to buy also. I also know that they would start the film on 10am sharp, so I missed about 15 mins of the movie. The projection is good, but the sound quality in the cinema hall is bad. The sound came muffled from the screen. Couldn't enjoy the movie properly. Not coming here again, there are even better theatres in JB. I also rather go to Womei Cinema at RnF Mall, that theatre is superb.

Awesome cinema, got the entire hall to myself and the wife. We could laugh, talk and enjoy the peace. Super VIP experience, absolutely recommend coming here. The chairs are almost new, super comfy. Clean and almost brand new men’s toilet. Polite and smiling staff. You can sit anywhere in the cinema hall! Great movie selection too, and prices are standard. Discount available of RM3 if you buy anything at AEON or Mr. DIY.

Bought a VIP ticket here for one of the movies for 20rm per ticket. The seats here were inclined mini sofa where you can adjust the footrest height. The screen and audio are really, really good. Air conditioning is also not too cold. Ticket office staff was very smiley and warm tk greet us even though he was the only one there. Unfortunately, as new as the facilities looked, it was very, very badly maintained. The halls were filthy with popcorn boxes and stains of previous visitors' visits. It's as though it has not been cleaned. The staff was sitting outside on the sofa chair from the start till end of my movie using her phone.. not really sure what is going on there... The inclined chairs are not all able to be inclined. My whole row at the back, only 3 chairs, were able to be inclined... the buttons were spoilt. Toilets too 2 out of 4 stalls were "undermaintence" and 1 sink was completely gone. There was a gaping hole.
