Actually this is very nice condo but only the carpark look like flat👎 Motorbike just park Everywhere like no rule or motor parking? Pay maintenance fee RM4++ do nothing? This is condo la, please don't stay like flat! R&F carpark very nice and clean, don't even see one motorbike park anywhere. Maintenance fee only pay RM3++ and doing the good things, also see they lock the motorbike for wrong park. So Veranda must do the same thing don't just text onwer or give warning, direct lock then our carpark look no mercy and flat.

Nice place! Probably because rather new. Not so crowded. Big gym generally under-utilised. Not that convenient if looking for food or amenities. Just note that there are 2 mosques nearby so can hear prayers very early morning daily abt 6am 😅
