I am new to Ucoolz, found their advertisment from FB, good Google review. Contacted Coco for advice, not pushy for higher end tint, recommend what I need. WhatsApp response was prompt, pricing are standardized amoung all Ucoolz branch. Make appointment through WhatsApp, once getting the car, send there immediately. Tint are as good as their workmanship. Recommended people who looking for honest tint shop.

I first came here because ChatGPT recommended this place for coating and tinted services, and since then Sharon has been the one handling all my questions and requests. She’s really warm, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly while providing excellent service. Currently, I’m using the Pro Serius tinted film and did the titanium coating here — and the results are truly impressive. No matter where I go, people always compliment how beautiful the coating looks and how well it was done. The best part is they offer pick-up service, which is super convenient for people who don’t have time to visit the shop. The staff will take detailed photos before collecting your car, and during the process you never have to chase for updates — they proactively send you photos and updates on your car’s progress. They also explain the heat rejection performance of the tinted film in detail. When I was doing the tinted installation, I noticed some chips on my windscreen, and they also offer windscreen replacement services here. They explained every step clearly, and after replacing the windscreen, they even re-applied the tinted film for me. Overall, this is truly an amazing shop — highly recommended! You can just leave your car to them with full peace of mind.

I recently visited UCoolz Tint Permas Jaya (3rd Outlet) and was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the different tint options clearly, helping me choose the one that best fit my needs. The installation process was smooth and efficient — they worked carefully, and the results were excellent. The tint quality is top-notch: it really helps block out the heat, reduces glare, and makes driving much more comfortable. The finish looks clean and professional, with no bubbles or flaws. I also appreciate their clean and comfortable waiting area, which made the short wait more pleasant. Prices are very reasonable considering the premium quality of both the product and service.

My husband chanced upon this shop which was in a pretty prominent location. He had the car windscreen film replaced. Subsequently we also asked for their package car polishing service. Coco and team offered a comfortable service and the shop is clean and bright. Recommended!
