a really humongous shopping mall complex that's relatively new. Lots of eateries but the mall directories are not very informative, so you might get lost in it. Has a rather good layout with F&B, fashion, lifestyle, hardware and entertainment well-laid out, and even has space for two giant retailers; IKEA and Decathlon. Parking is extremely ample, and food options are quite extensive. However as mentioned the mall directories aren't very informative, so you'll probably end up getting lost while trying to locate the place you're heading to. So budget lots of time to explore. One cool thing though, is the waiting area outside the toilets. very posh.

Toppen Mall is a spacious and modern shopping centre that’s great for families and weekend outings. Just beside AEON mall and linked by a bridge so it’s really convenient. I really like the wide range of activities here — from the rooftop skate park and climbing walls to the cinema and multiple kids’ play zones. The mall is well-designed, clean, and connected directly to IKEA Tebrau, which makes it convenient to combine home shopping and dining in one trip. Retail variety is decent, though not as strong as some of the bigger malls in JB, and food options could be more diverse. Parking is plentiful, but traffic leading into Tebrau can get heavy during peak periods, especially on weekends and public holidays. Overall, a vibrant mall with lots to do, especially for families and anyone looking for entertainment + shopping under one roof.

Toppen is a family friendly shopping mall with young kids. There is a good theme park and also wet park at the Garden area where kids and youngsters could spend time for hours, not to mention many F&B outlets for patrons to choose from. I have been here for several times, still eager to come back again soon.

Huge mall where you can just spend the whole day here. There’s a free water play ground, major retail store and lots of food options. But because it’s big, one will spend a lot of time walking in search of what you want or prefer. It’s also much further from the Sg / Johor checkpoint. I would prefer Tebrau City or KSL. This place is more suited for young people or young families for activities and not so for the Sg aunties and uncles types. Price range for personal care experiences are also much higher here compared to KSL. This place is also further away from the Mid Valley Point Mall.

Okay for shopping and casual hangouts. Shops are decent and the mall feels comfortable. One bad moment: as we were leaving and heading to the car park, the escalator suddenly stopped. Shocked us completely… what a terrible experience! Overall, not bad, but that incident left a mark.
