Clean and modern budget hotel. It's very good value for money and a good location. Plenty of good food withing walking distance

pros: Place is new and rather clean with comfortable bed and pillows. We got an upgrade to a quadruple room. Location is great, walkable to most places around Taman Sentosa area and price is about half of smaller hotels. cons: We booked the place for 2 nights but checked out after the first night as the cigarette smoke smell that filled the entire corridor seeped into the room. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests chatting in the corridor at 5.30am and dogs barking every now and then. Overall: good value if you can tolerate cigarette smoke. bring your own shampoo if you’re particular about it. they only provide body wash (which the property owner said is 3 in 1)

Love the clean white theme, very well maintained. Reception is very friendly and warm, really made me feel like a guest. If you're not sure what to eat around that area, the boss have many wonderful recommendation. A prime location, going everywhere is convenient. Definitely great value, my go-to when I'm at JB.

Had a fantastic stay at TKT Guesthouse in Johor Bahru! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and even a washing machine. The location is great—quiet, safe, and close to shops and eateries, with easy access to Singapore. Perfect for foodie, cuz there’re tons of good resto around. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great value for money—highly recommend!
