I previously had a long-term stay at this hotel, and because of that positive experience, I was glad to coming back again this year for another business trip. The service here is truly tiptop. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to every need. A special mention goes to Ruchelle, who was consistently helpful and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. My room was well-maintained, clean, and tidy, which is essential for a long stay. While the TV selection for entertainment is a bit limited, it wasn't an issue for me as I was primarily there for work. Bathroom Facilities: The shower experience was a highlight—great water pressure and consistent hot water, which is a must-have after a long day of work.

Location roughly more than 10km from city center. Rooms are clean, spacious with windows that can be opened. Shower have strong water pressure with liquid shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and mini toothpaste provided. The rates are affordable too around RM1.00.00 for a single room. There's plenty of parking within the hotel vicinity. Giant Hypermarket, Ninso and Eco stores are only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. If you are hungry just walk to Giant Hypermarket. There's a food court inside with numerous stalls offering Local Malaysian Cuisine and chain food establishment like A&W, Richeese Factory to name but a few.

We were travelling with friends for one night and were not expecting luxury, just a clean and comfortable place to rest after travelling. Unfortunately, this stay was exhausting and very disappointing. The room was extremely small and did not look like the photos at all. Although it appeared clean at first glance, there was a damp smell and fine dust throughout the room. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable, with only one pillow per person, and we could not sleep properly. Check-in was particularly frustrating. We were greeted by very loud drilling noises. When we contacted reception, the staff said she did not know what was happening and would check with maintenance and call us back, which never happened. After several follow-up calls, we were eventually told that renovations were taking place on the 4th floor and would continue until 5pm on a Saturday. No apology or solution was offered. Facilities are extremely limited. There is no restaurant on site, no pool, and no gym. The lobby has a couple of small snooker tables, but they were dusty and poorly maintained, with worn cue sticks. One cue was even left in a plant pot and covered in dirt. There is only a vending machine for drinks and snacks. The TV had very poor sound and image quality. WiFi was free but unreliable, and mobile data often worked better. Location-wise, it is near a golf course and some convenience shops and supermarkets, but proper restaurants are hard to find, with mostly fast food options nearby. The only positives were that the shower and air conditioning worked well. Staff were polite but very limited, with only one person at reception and no staff available overnight after 10pm, which is concerning in case of emergencies. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. There are much better and more comfortable options available for the price.

One of my go-to hotels whenever I’m in JB. Location wise is super near to Aeon Tebrau and Permas Mall so it’s convenient. Rooms are relatively clean, no issues with cleanliness here. Water can be refilled at the water dispenser outside. Parking is free. Check in is straightforward and easy. Reception is always friendly and kind (thanks Rochelle and team!). Recommended :)

Most rooms had a very strong damp and musty smell. The walls, furniture, and wardrobes were moldy, and the carpet outside the bathroom was also moldy and simply covered with another carpet. The staff were polite and helpful, and they tried their best to move us to a better room with less smell. However, the walls and furniture were still moldy. Overall cleanliness and maintenance were below an acceptable standard.
