Before booking asked if we can adjust keys. Was told can. But when we are in the room they key can't be adjusted.. told him and say technical not in then 30 mins later bring in a technical.. was told if you drop 1 or key it will be throughout the session. What a joke.. is this a antique karaoke set? Alot of Chinese songs also don't have and some are not original .For the price I can go to a better karaoke lounge .. Came cause of all the good feedback but left disappointed.

Very good sound system with no mic feedback even when sitting next to each to other. Songs are updated with original lyrics; many choices available. Toilet is clean. Air con is very strong so it can get very cold. Room smelled of smoke when we entered and lingered for quite awhile. Snacks and drinks are yummy and more than adequate for 2pax (65rm for 2 hours for one snack and jug of drink; 50rm for 2 hours ala carte). Ample restaurants in the surrounding area (eg. Lok Lok/ Japanese/ local). There are also 7-11/ local convenience stores nearby.

I had a fantastic time at The Zoo Karaoke! The sound system was excellent — clear, powerful, and made every song feel like a concert. The rooms were clean and stylish, and the staff were friendly and quick with service. Great vibes, great sound, and overall an awesome place to sing and have fun with friends! 🎤🎶

the room just ngam ngam for me & my bf's wheelchair. the staff are friendly & very helping to us 🥰 but the room arent that soundproof cuz you can hear bilik sebelah sang their heart out but hey kenot judge bcs we are the same 🤣 they have a loooot of room so there are no waiting time 👍🏼

The place is very cosy and the atmosphere is very chilling. The sound system is tip top too, loud and stable music without any cracking sound or notes. Recommended to try it out!
