Regular customer since the place was started. Love the cozy atmosphere. But nowadays they always have issue with the payment system. Either cashier shortage or system malfunction..

Worst payment system ever. Only 1 staff to handle very long queue customers. If you got the time to spend with the queue then you are welcome to here.

I love shopping here because all the groceries needed can be found here. But the que is always long and super duper duper sloww & there's always, always only 1 staff available at cashier counter. Please improve this! Haven't seen the usual kakak who scans fast & efficiently for awhile. Bring her back please. Or at least bring back the self checkout machine?

Whoever thought it was a good idea to have a single worker man the cash register, especially when there's 7-10 people lining up to pay. Buying here is such a hassle because of the unecessarily long queue slowwwly moving.

Dear The Pasar, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your store. During checkout, the cashier made a mistake by scanning my items incorrectly. After the items were already bagged, I was made to feel as though I had attempted to take something without paying — a very upsetting and humiliating implication, especially when the error was clearly on the cashier’s part. What’s more concerning is that there was no apology offered, nor any acknowledgment of the inconvenience or the inappropriate manner in which I was treated. It is basic decency and common courtesy to apologize when one has made a mistake, particularly in a customer-facing role. I hope your team can look into this and ensure better training is provided in handling such situations with professionalism, respect, and accountability.
