My trip was a short stay. The staff (Ms Mages) was very helpful. There are good restaurants including 24 hour shops and KK Mart within walking distance. Sutera Mall is just 10 mins away. All in all it is a good place for a short stay. Not so good stuff is the tv channels and reception should be improved and designated parking for hotel guests. There are clubs in the same row so parking is full on Friday and weekend nights closer to the hotel. There are parking quite a distance if you don't mind the walk. Would still recommend this place for a short stay.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to The Leverage Hotel and the housekeeping team. I stayed at the hotel during a business trip and unintentionally left my phone charger behind. The housekeeping staff discovered it and the hotel promptly contacted me to inform me. The item was kept safely until I returned to collect it. Thank you for the team’s honesty, responsibility, and excellent service. A truly commendable experience.

The front counter staff is friendly, fast check in. Like-Room is clean well clean up.fast check in, front counter staff is kind and friendly. Speak well. Disliked · The disco music base next door is shaking the whole room. From evening till morning 8am you still able to hear and feel the blasting base of the music. Whole night cannot sleep. On the pillow ,you can feel the count of the base. Bomb bomb bomb bomb bomb

Overall experience bad.. Cannot sleep properly room very noise due to nearby KTV 24 hours non-stop loud base music with wall vibration. Informed front reception to let owner call me but did not receive any respond.

Rooms are okay, good value for the price. But room felt abit humid and shower silicon looks like it’s never been cleaned. Sheets looked overly used with cotton balls from overuse, towels were alittle smelly on the first night. Rooms are big though and there is complimentary shower gel and shampoo with distilled water too. Would stay again if need to be in the area though, recommend if u just need a place to crash that’s “not bad”!
