Love the layout. There are ample seatings in the cinema hall with coffee tables. Can relax while waiting for the movie to start. Junior hall was clean, neutral odor, big screen. Sound system was also up to par. Good price and great offers on klook and official site. Only drawbacks are probably the unattractive food & drinks package.

Bought infinity movie ticket (private lounge) to watch Avatar. And I don’t understand how the price is justified with this condition, please see photos for more details. I don’t think it’s properly cleaned before they start letting people in. How can TGV expect their customers to enjoy watching movie under such condition??!!! And some more this is a more pricier version of it. TGV, you must be kidding! Haha Don’t think I will spend here again. GSC is no doubt cleaner.

She said the last time they watched movie in 1970’s on first date before married to each other. Today bringing them find back their old memories. TGV staff is attentive and friendly to take care of OKU by wheelchair senior citizen. Good job guys, she’s glad and enjoyed “HTTYDragon” in your cinema. Thanks :)

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. One of your staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit purchase movie ticket , Their tone and attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant , Please also make sure this staff is properly trained to prevent this from happening again hope this issue will be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future. Toppen TGV is one of the best cinemas I’ve visited. The seats are comfortable, the screen and sound quality are amazing, and the environment is always clean. The staff are friendly and the overall movie experience is enjoyable. I would definitely come back again!💗
