An amazing place to watch movies, great atmosphere, food and selection of movies! I've been going to thks tgv since I was little, and it's a good place to go to watch movies. Nice and cold ac too.

Thanks Your staff went above and beyond. I felt taken care of. The team was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Friendly and highly competent folks. Special mention to manager, very professional! The bartender takes the time to explain the recipes, which is great.

“Luka boleh sembuh bro, parut seumur hidup”, quite dialogue cringe🤲🤣 watching Impak Maksima 2 at TGV Aeon Bukit Indah was a smooth and positive experience. The ticket price for student was just for RM12. Visiting on a weekday meant the still hall have people, it created a calm atmosphere. The ticket kiosk worked without any issues, and the staff were polite and helpful when scanning the tickets. The cinema hall was easy to locate without needing to ask the staff for directions. The hall itself was well soundproofed, with no disturbances from neighboring screening rooms. Toilet also clean here. Overall, I would visit again if there’s a good movie to watch.

I had a terrible experience at TGV. I bought a large Coke, but the cup was extremely soft and flimsy, and the lid was loose from the start. During the movie, I couldn’t even enjoy the show properly because every time I took a sip, I had to be extra careful. Watching a movie should be relaxing, not stressful. In the end, despite being careful, the cup suddenly collapsed and spilled, pouring Coke all over my body. I was soaked and uncomfortable, and my movie experience was completely ruined. I could no longer focus on the film. The drink even splashed onto nearby seats and caused inconvenience to other customers. I want to make it clear that the staff were very polite and helpful throughout the incident. However, because of the poor quality of the cup and lid, this situation created unnecessary trouble. Your employees then had to spend extra time cleaning up the mess, which could have been completely avoided if the basic product quality had been acceptable. This is a serious quality issue. A basic item like a drink cup should never cause this kind of problem. I usually go to GSC and have never faced such an issue before. This experience at TGV was far below expectations. TGV really needs to improve the quality of their cups and lids. This should not happen to any customer.

The seats were comfy, and the screen was big. The sound was loud and clear. The snacks were tasty but a bit expensive. There is one time habe a problem with their sounds sytem, so need to repeat the movie from early, waste time, thats why i give 4 stars. But overall, I had a good time watching the movie there.
