The management’s ignorance is unbelievable!! They sprayed pesticides around the playground without any warning or notice, no signs, no barriers. Completely unsafe and irresponsible, especially for families with young children. The night security guard was clueless and untrained to handle emergencies. Lifts break down frequently, and the car park is far from the residential area a daily hassle. On top of that, ongoing construction constantly brings in dust and tar smells. Unsafe, poorly managed, and absolutely not suitable for families with kids.

We had a harrowing and very distasteful experience with this property right from the time we were checking in till we checked out. There are no processes they follow, all details displayed on their ad are empty commitments. Their rooms are very shabbily maintained, Aircons do not work and promises not fulfilled. Ping me if you need more info. This is a real experience and I would never ever recommend anyone staying with them ans their properties ever!
