Taman Merdeka Musical Fountain
About
Taman Merdeka Musical Fountain in Johor Bahru is a public urban park known for its evening musical water displays, well-maintained jogging tracks, and green, tree-filled environment. It is a popular spot for families and active residents, with free weekend Zumba and exercise classes available for visitors.
While the park is a city landmark, visitors should note that some facility maintenance and signage could be improved, and the pond water may appear unclean. Guests are advised to avoid leaving valuables in parked vehicles and to ask security personnel for directions, as on-site guidance is currently limited.

Fun place to explore and family friendly. Hope they keep the place's maintenance as its a beautiful and greeny place. Personally liked the Bubble guy. He's friendly and encourage family engagement with bubble playing so that everyone enjoy and be happy! Would love to come back again because of that experience.

In the process of upgrading a few buildings for cafe and bistros. The tracks are well maintained, the public toilets are clean but no signage to guide, you need to ask the security personnel for direction.

Nice place for evening jog. Plenty of trees. One of Johor's landmark. Remember to avoid putting valuable things inside your car while jogging. Highly recommended if you want to find a place for jogging. The only minus point would be the water in the pond -- dirty.

A nice place to jog. There are morning exercise & zumba during weekend with coaches that you can join for free. However it's a bit crowded during weekend.
