Overall, the homestay is really good and comfortable. The capacity of this house is 10-15 people. To go to supermarket, it takes 15 minutes since the traffic usually bad. Sooo, here are my thoughts: Let me review the bad one first and foremost, there are lots of ants at the sliding door facing the pool, they have a wooden Ikea sofa that have a bent screw that collapse when someone set on them. Showers are good, sometimes it works, sometimes doesn’t. The parking space is limited, and road is a bit narrow to enter it. Now let’s look at what worst, the pool. Mann, why are my eyes hurt and strain badly, unlike other pool i went. Maybe because they put too much chlorine without drain all the water first (idk, I don’t have knowledge on this)? The fountain has a timer on and off, but then one day it’s off entirely and I guess that’s make the water doesn’t circulate properly and all dust and debris float on it. There are extra things that you guys might consider bringing, such as towels and blankets (there are plenty of pillows and extra mattresses, no need to worry), iron since the one provided is in bad state, and also plastic bag for dustbins. How to turn on the kitchen’s range hood? Can’t see any switch and buttons are missing. One more, the gate’s key was weak on battery maybe, makes the gate i hard to open at first try. Every cloud has a silver lining, though the positive overweight the negative. The fans and air-cons are cold and good, there are water heater, water dispenser, washing machine, and many hangers. There are place for BBQ. The toilets are clean with soap and shampoo provided. The bed is okay and comfy to sleep. The TV has Netflix through tv box not smart. The pool is quite deep around 135cm. In conclusion, this homestay is nice, comfortable, clean, and reasonable to stay for some days. That’s all from me, thanks for reading.

Recommended. Strategic location to go to Johor Baharu or Pasir Gudang. Near to eateris as well.
