Visited Superstar Eco Botanic recently and had a really enjoyable time. The place has a stylish atmosphere and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sound system is clear and powerful, which makes the singing experience even better. What I liked most was the wide variety of songs available and the smooth song selection system. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the visit. It’s definitely a great place to unwind, celebrate, or just have a fun night out with friends and family. Will come back again!

Had a great experience at Superstar Eco Botanic! The environment is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The sound system is excellent and the song selection is very extensive, making it perfect for gatherings with friends or family. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were well-maintained. Food and drinks were served quickly and tasted good as well. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, sing, and spend quality time with loved ones. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a fun karaoke spot around Eco Botanic!

Visited the KTV at Eco Botanic and felt disappointed with the front desk service. We have our own version of membership, but due to a system update using the app, we couldn’t enjoy member benefits, which we understood. However, the staff did not mentioned that the room was small so there were only two microphones were provided, and the price did not include any beverages except plain water. We paid around RM200 for about 3 hours, which felt unreasonable as these details were not clearly informed upfront. Additionally, the front desk did not ask or offer for us to join the membership. Better communication and professionalism are needed.

Great place for family and friends to gather under one roof at this lively spot. During its soft opening, things were a bit messy, but after chatting with the PIC and giving feedback, the team was very cooperative. They are eager to improve and upgrade for members. They welcome positive feedback and focus on customer needs, offering warm, upscale hospitality. My guests and I are happy—singing and enjoying ourselves—and we will definitely return if possible. Keep it up, Superstar!
