⭐ Review for Stella Hotel ⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Stella Hotel. The place is nice and comfortable, and the atmosphere feels very welcoming from the moment you arrive. The team explained the ongoing renovation very well, so everything was clear and convenient throughout my stay. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Tasya for giving me such a warm and pleasant farewell during check-out. Your hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended! 🌟

The staff, Shida gave her best service to us as we have book multiple rooms. She ensured all process is smooth. Rooms ok, location ok. Requested for laundry service and it was fast! Had a good stay for 4 nights. Recommended 💯

The room is unlike what has been advertised. Not sure how the hotel obtains 4 stars review. Rooms are dark and a tad dinghy. You will find mould all over the rooms (I booked 2 rooms). And I had to wash the A/C filters for a cold and cleaner air flow.

Stella Hotel offers really nice rooms at it's price point. The beds are comfy and the toilets are clean. The hotel's location is quite removed from the town areas but Grab in Malaysia makes it easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, and even returned our wallet after we left it behind in our room. All in all, a really pleasant experience and will visit again if we are in the area.

I already check in here 2 time. First time okay. But this second one very upset me with the way the indian girl receptionist. How come she work in such a good Hotel? First, when me and my wife check in at the Hotel, she look down at us for staying only one night. Then the time we check out, she ask us to wait for her to inspect the room 101 before we leave. When she came out,she said that we cause that foots pad dirty with blue color, and I ask her is it bad? she said it so bad. Then I ask the card key to look it for my self. And I found out there is only slight blue stain on the foots pad because of our tootspaste. Then I just clean it with normal water and the stain is gone. As you can see in the picture. Then I tell her I already wash it,but she insist and saying that she already give the picture to her boss. I ask her boss number but she refuse, and I understand that. Lastly the thing that I cant accept is she say, “ Okay, you cant pay right? just wait” Eventually she give back the deposit. But that is after I ask her boss phone number for me to contact and talk by myself. So bad. Stella Hotel Company is unfortunate to have her as she treat customer with such cold behavior. Her co-worker might try to work hard and professionally in order to make Stella Hotel look good. I give 1 star for a lesson to not hire such employee in future. There is Malay word “Rosak nila setitik, Rosak susu sebelanga” And that is what happen inside Stella Hotel. What? you think we got no money to pay the foot pad? such disappointing.
