Good service from the nurse and friendly. Visit twice due to some blood issue and sickness. Draw blood for blood test are painless from doctor and nurse. The doctor have very knowledgeable and advice certain medicine given from other GP are too strong for some person. Overall very helpful and efficient.

Dr Chong Sing & kai li and the two nurses were very professional and patience. They remained calm and professional even when the patient is having severe food poisoning. There was wheelchair readily available to bring the weak patient around. The environment is clean, well aired and spacious! We truly appreciate their high quality service and we highly recommend them to all around the area!

The Doctor and nurse very professional, good and patient , yesterday night ( 21/3/25 ) i was having fever and suddenly my whole body pain , very weak and very tired , eye suddenly can’t see ( only can see white white even though my husband and my sons standing in front of me but i totally can’t see them) and ear suddenly can’t hear anything . I feel like i wanna faint than My husband faster bring me to our regular clinic Southern Medicine Clinic branch at Sutera , the nurses and Doctors are very good and gentle. After i discharged after resting in the clinic for around 3 hours with taking 2 bottles of drip … Today ( 22/3/25 ) the Doctor Chong called me and concern ask how i feel today 😍 I am so grateful and thankful to them for saving me 😘

I visited SMC Clinic in the middle of the night due to sudden gastroenteritis. I informed the doctor that I usually experience side effects from Maxolon and Tramadol. Thankfully, the clinic had alternative medications available, and the doctor chose one that relieved my symptoms almost immediately. Both the doctor and the assistant were attentive, patient, and very professional. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole visit. Thank you for helping me through such a difficult moment.
