Really feel disappointed after fix body kit for my Civic. I thought they are well trained bt at the end they just expert i. Creating content. I fix body kit last year, after 1 month, one of the part is loose and fell down. I manage to fix by myself. N after while. Another part also fell down until can damage the original part. When I went through on this, i realized tht they never screw everything. There is 12 hole bt the screw just 5😑😑 whoever wants to modify your car, plz find for good car accessories shop. Soku is not for us. Somemore the pricing. Cant even nego RM1. Let see whether admin reply me or no.

Probably im one of the unlucky customer to be given this workmanship by them. Installed ganador mirror and found cracks on my carbon tweeter probably forced open, silicon marks on it too. Untidy silicon application on the side mirror with missing clips on my door panel after. I’ve told them about what happen and they expect me to travel all the way back to rectify the problem. There’s no way im coming back with what i’ve experienced.

I visited Soku Racing Perling on Sunday, July 27th, 2025 around 3 PM after seeing their TikTok advertisement about audio system installations. I was genuinely interested in upgrading my car audio and decided to give them a try. When I arrived, the staff were busy and asked me to wait. I sat inside the shop on a plastic chair and waited patiently for over 20 minutes. During that entire time, no one followed up with me, spoke to me, or even acknowledged that I was still waiting. I felt completely ignored and honestly, a bit foolish for sitting there like that. Eventually, I gave up and left without anyone ever attending to me. I later left a comment on their TikTok post explaining my experience, but the comment was deleted and I received no reply or message from them. This kind of customer service is very disappointing. It’s not just about being busy — it’s about basic respect and communication.
