We were at Midvalley South Key last week and shopped at Sogo for the PWP Sale. Purchased a large luggage from Universal Traveller with the help of a knowledgeable sales staff namely Noor Sufina. Very good explanation from her on all the luggages on sale. Finally we bought a poly carbonate case which is tough and durable. We made a few other purchases, like electric blender, non-stick wok, bath tow and perfumes. Had a wonderful shopping experience with great and helpful staff.

Great place… if you want to watch staff socialise. Popped into SOGO Johor Bahru and got front-row seats to staff enjoying a lively group chat. No greeting, no assistance – but excellent demonstration of how to avoid eye contact with customers. If only customer service was as enthusiastic as their conversations.
