I went there at 12am today, and was pleasantly surprised by the positive vibes and the crowd. I normally go to VSing and Getai, and it’s normally quiet on Sundays. Bill for beer was about RM$184 for 8 small bottles of Heineken, which is pretty standard after Happy Hour. I came with 2 friends- one who is Muslim and one who is allergic to alcohol. While they were eventually served water upon request, my friends were not happy with the ridicule and the rolling of eyes by the wait staff. It’s not that we were lowballers, and can’t pay, but they just can’t drink alcohol. I would suggest the management to allow an option of bottled sparkling water like Perrier or Aqua Panna as an option for guests who don’t drink alcohol. Mocktails are also another option. The sound system was abit too loud, and the microphone was abit too soft. VSING and Getai have better sound systems, but to be fair, they attract a different crowd. An upgrade to the sound system and bigger screens would improve the customer experience. At my table, they ‘cut’ my table’s song request. To prevent this bias from happening, I would suggest investing in a proper karaoke system whereby customers can select songs via an app with a proper queue system. Lastly, the air reeked of cigarettes. At VSing, they had better air ventilation despite allowing smoking in their premises. At Getai, no smoking is allowed indoors. I hope the management may want to pay attention to these issues highlighted to provide a more inclusive and better experience to customers.

I recently visited this bar and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The beer they served was clearly fake and mixed with water, which gave me a terrible headache after just a few sips. As someone who is not even a frequent drinker, I could easily tell that the beer was diluted with water. I'm extremely disappointed that this establishment would serve such low-quality drinks to their customers. It's not only dishonest, but it also poses a health risk. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this bar, as they clearly don't care about the quality of their drinks or the well-being of their customers. In short, if you're looking for a place to enjoy a good quality beer, this is not the place for you.
