Been stay here for quite a few times for short vacation. Generally good experiences. Just bear in mind if you can't stand any noise sound - pls request to avoid share unit that separate to room A and B in one unit. That's the only downside. Other than that, everything is fine.

Stayed here and the security staff is completely unhelpful. The only place to do laundry is at the communal lobby area which is fine however, only 3 washer and 3 dryer only which 1 washer is off, the other one just sucks in your money and is out of order so that is left with one only. The number they have for any issues is not even working, the security guys stationed outside is not even helpful.

If you’re staying here - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE book Airbnb via the developer’s own managed properties I.e SKS Pavillion suites. It’s so much better than all others!

Located at the most convenient location in jb central area lots of food shops and afew shopping centres to go to very windy area accessible to go anywhere in jb too...

I love this place! There's a gym, swimming pool, even a badminton court. The room is clean, I stayed here four times I think. Easy to check in, location is very strategic which is right at the city center. There's a cafe downstairs too.
