i’ve been to a few facials in jb, but this is easily the best. special shoutout to nelly, who did a detailed skin consultation, clearly explained my skin concerns and recommended treatments that suited my needs. she also walked me through each step and did very thorough extraction. price is also very reasonable and the service exceeded my expectations. will definitely be back :)

Been going every two weeks for the past six months. Excellent service and they don’t harass you for any package so you literally just go in there and do your treatment and leave. I really appreciate this kind of service. Not to mention the prices affordable for the kind of services offered. Well done!

Been coming here for a year now, amazing place very professional and friendly staff. Great atmosphere . Bought 4 packages total. Very affordable and worth it to come to JB for a facial twice a month. Additionally they are quite flexible when booking appointment. They entertained my last minute changes and are able to cater to me and my wife's availability. We have recommended a total of 6 friends and family all of whom have bought packages. Just wished there was sort of referral reward programme. But none the less very happy to be a client here.

Affordable facial services in a pleasant and relaxing ambiance. I've been visiting the outlet since 2024 and even signed up for two packages — definitely worth the trip down from Singapore. Shoutout to Alisa for doing a fantastic job during my recent visit. Highly recommended!

Been here quiet a few times already.. dari single, kawin, pregnant, and a mommy now.. so you can tell 😂 dulu pergi sbb muka breakout.. did an acne treatment here, and after 2 months kulit dah flawless mcm biasa.. their treatment works wonder for me.. product and equipments pun bagus. My fav me-time place. Keep up the good work team❤️
