Since Superstar is fully booked, we’re going to the next Karaoke, recommend by the Superstar receptionist. The membership are interchangeable in SingV and Superstar and Warakuya Japanese Restaurant.👍very convenient for me Paid for 4person get a Deluxe room, this was very comfortable for us. Very good and romantic atmosphere in new room (313). But lobby and washroom are not renovate yet😅🥲 I noticed that every room have different design 😍will come again to try other rooms Good try in SingV Karaoke Sutera Recommended.

Probably only good if you are taking the super big party rooms. Small and medium rooms, got so strong smoke /cigarette smell. Service was terrible also, keep have to ask/call them twice or morw just to get 1 thing done. Room was so hot and had to ask them to adjust aircon. Beer price was also high at 20rm for 1 small bottle. Will not visit again.

The price is cheap if with member, the song update quite quick for famous artists, but quite less song for english songs. Warer is refillable and staff work nicely. The toilet quite dirty though. Overall nice experience, will come again.

A good place to sing and celebrate special events like birthdays. Food is ordered from the downstairs Japanese restaurant. They don't serve free tidbits even though we met the requirements to have. Service not very good. For most of the time. As a birthday boy, I have to bring an empty ice bucket and empty mixer outside to refill 😥

Terrible experience! They were doing construction while being open and the smell of the glue was overwhelming. Informed the staff and they changed our room but to no avail because the smell was still very strong. We were then informed that we have no other choice but to suck it up because they have no other small rooms available and refund will not be provided. They only relented to providing a bigger room far from the construction area after I made a fuss. Changed rooms 3 times and were not offered a time extension at all. If you are going to do construction and remain open, please ensure that your customers’ wellbeing are still prioritized and their health are not compromised for the sake of profit. Will not be back, not recommended.
