Dropped by the outlet on 12th July and had a really good experience. The staff, Amylia, was super friendly and helpful. She understood exactly what I needed and gave suggestions without being pushy at all. One thing I really liked about her was how she kept smiling and made me feel relaxed, even when I was a bit indecisive. She explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Honestly, the main reason I ended up buying was because of how nice the service was from her. Really enjoyed shopping at Samsonite JPO. Will definitely drop by again!
