I’ve had the pleasure of staying with ANJU more than once, and each experience has been consistently wonderful. The space is always clean, thoughtfully prepared, and very comfortable and it truly feels like a home away from home. What I appreciate most is the attention to detail and the smooth check-in/check-out process. Communication is clear and prompt, which makes planning the stay stress-free. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to food and amenities nearby. Thank you for always maintaining such a high standard and for creating a welcoming environment for your guests. Looking forward to staying again soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay—it exceeded all our expectations. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very kind, friendly, and extremely accommodating, always ready to help and quick to respond. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this place and love to stay here again.

The collection of apartment & carpark cards during 'check-in' was smooth and fuss-free . There's no traditional physical check-in counter unlike hotels where one can approach for check-ins and queries . Turns out , not having one is the way to go , reducing the need for formalities and checking of guests tagging-along , since these were already done during the booking itself and it expedites the process . Checking-in into the apartment next was no less than my key collection experience . Used the apartment card collected earlier to tap on the digital door handle which then grants me access into the apartment . Physical hardcopy instructional guides are also put up on how to generate power in the apartment . Spending the night in the apartment was comfortable and cozy ; the cleanliness of the apartment was top-tier , the furnishings were as good as new with barely no defects and everything in the apartment was operational with nothing being a potential hazard to us . Slept like a baby overnight 😂 Checking-out was the same as the keys collection process , fuss-free and quick . All-in-all , my entire stay was awesome . Prior to collection of keys , an ANJU representative , whom in my case was Stephanie , had contacted me via Whatsapp and invited me into a group , whereby detailed step-by-step instructional guides , complete with images and videos , were shared into the group for everything related to my stay . Overall , my stay was nothing short but fantastic and enjoyable . I highly recommend the host , ANJU , to anyone looking to book an apartment for their stay in JB . As far as I am concerned , i would definitely be looking for them for my next getaway in Johor ! 😆

This was my second time booking with Anju, and once again it was a great stay. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made everything easy. Would definitely book again and recommend to others staying at R&F Princess Cove.

Rooms were dirty and mouldy, utensils and dishes were not cleaned properly. Towels provided stank really badly. Check-out time is at 12pm however we are expected to return the keys by 12:10 or a charge will be incurred. We have to head down to the carpark, exit TWO barriers (not including the jam due to cars alighting and picking up passengers), then we have to look for the block to return the keys (different to the block that we’re staying at). It is impossible to get all of that done within 10 minutes. Makes no sense at all. Only good thing is that host replies quickly to our questions.
