My wife went to Red Signature at Komtar JB to get her hair dyed with Small Sam, and we are both super happy with the experience. Small Sam took time to understand the colour she wanted, gave professional suggestions, and the final result turned out even better than the reference photos we brought. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, constantly checking in to make sure she was comfortable, and the whole salon felt clean and welcoming. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work and the products they used, especially compared to salons in Singapore. My wife walked out feeling confident and refreshed, and she’s already decided this will be her go-to place for future colouring with Small Sam.

I recently visited REDS Salon with my hairstylist Kelly in Johor Bahru for a gradient hair color service, and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was warmly welcomed by the team, and I immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and professional, yet very inviting. What impressed me the most was the consultation process. The stylist really took the time to understand the look I wanted and explained how different tones would suit my skin and hair condition. I decided to go for an ombre/gradient hair color, with darker roots blending beautifully into lighter tones at the ends. The stylist also explained the aftercare, how the color would fade over time, and recommended products to maintain the shine and vibrancy. During the coloring process, I could see the high level of skill and precision. The blending was seamless, with no harsh lines, and the transition between shades looked so natural yet stylish. What I really appreciated was how gentle they were with my hair. Even though lightening can sometimes damage the ends, my hair felt surprisingly soft and healthy after the treatment. It showed me that they truly care about both the aesthetic result and the health of the client’s hair. The end result was simply stunning. My hair looked fresh, trendy, and elegant all at once. The gradient effect gave me the perfect balance of brightness at the ends without making it look overdone. Overall, I cannot recommend REDS Salon highly enough. If you are looking for a salon that delivers professional results, listens to your needs, and makes you feel confident about your look, this is the place. Whether you are in Johor Bahru or visiting from Singapore, it is definitely worth the trip. Had such an amazing experience with Edison at Reds JBCC! My hair is usually very dry and frizzy, but after just a shampoo and haircut, it honestly looked like I had a full treatment done — that’s how good it was. Edison really knows what he’s doing. The cut was so well done, my hair felt softer, smoother, and so much more manageable even without any treatment. Super skilled, attentive, and clearly experienced. I’m extremely happy with the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Edison! ✨✂️

Everything I have experienced here is awesome!!!! The way Ah Bee explain things to me, the recommendation she gave me and how she often checks up on me makes my experience more enjoyable. The lady who helped me washed my hair is also very friendly and thoughtful. To add on, even though I couldn't get the colour I want however, the colour that Ah Bee is also very nice. Totally loved it and will go again.
