I recently went to Pure Skin for laser hair removal and whitening treatments, and I’m really happy with my experience so far! The clinic was welcoming and clean, and before anything was done, I had a detailed consultation where Ms. Chloe Lai, the specialist, explained everything clearly — from how the laser works to what results I could expect. Ms. Chloe Lai made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She took the time to assess my skin type and customize the treatment settings, which was reassuring since I was nervous about discomfort. The laser hair removal itself was quick and felt much more comfortable than I expected — definitely less painful than waxing or shaving every week. The results after a few sessions are noticeable — hair growth has reduced a lot, and the skin feels smoother each time. Pure Skin also offered skin brightening/whitening treatments that helped even out my skin tone and reduce dullness. The tone feels brighter and more radiant without looking unnatural. Overall, the treatments feel safe, effective, and professionally done, thanks especially to Chloe’s knowledgeable and friendly approach. I would recommend Pure Skin for anyone looking for quality laser hair removal and skin brightening services!

This is already my 5th session at JB Southkey Pure Skin, and I’m happy with the service! This time, Adda assisted me and she was incredibly gentle throughout the whole session. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of — really appreciate her professionalism and calming touch. Also want to give a shout-out to Chloe, my consultant. She’s always so friendly, attentive, and checks in on me every visit. Despite that one not-so-satisfactory visit, the service here has been consistently good, and the staff make each session pleasant. Highly recommended! 💖✨

I had such a great experience getting my Brazilian hair removal done with Adda! She’s super friendly and easy to talk to and she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, which made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. The treatment was quick and way less painful than I expected. Adda has such a warm and caring person, she wants her clients to feel their best. I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely experience at Pure Skin Mid Valley Southkey. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and cared for. My consultant, Chris, was absolutely wonderful - warm, patient and very attentive. She took time in explaining everything. A special thank you to my therapist, Adda, who made the entire session feel comfortable. She was very gentle, and always checked in to endure that I felt relaxed and at ease. Her skilled touch made the process feel so seamless, almost cloud-like experience. I’m genuinely satisfied with their service, and I’m really looking forward to my next visit! 🥰
