Seminar Room The seminar room was in good condition, comfortable, and suitable for conducting the program. The layout and basic facilities supported the smooth running of activities. Facilities Overall facilities were satisfactory. However, the women’s prayer room (surau) was not in good condition and needs improvement in terms of comfort and suitability for female participants. Location The resort is strategically located, easily accessible, and offers a calm and conducive environment for program activities. Services & Staff The service provided was good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the program. Food & Beverage Food provided was satisfactory and met participants’ needs.

We held our company retreat for over 100 pax across 3D2N last week, and it was a very positive experience overall. The ballroom and breakout rooms were extremely conducive for our sessions, and the AV setup was done professionally and smoothly, which made our programs run without any hiccups. We also appreciated that the event spaces were located separately from the resort room areas as this helped to clearly distinguish our group from the public crowd and allowed us to run our retreat in a more private and focused environment. The hotel created a dedicated group chat to keep everyone aligned and informed, which we really appreciated as the planning committee. It made coordination seamless and efficient. Resort staff were also very efficient in assisting with both check in and check out for our large group, which made the logistics much smoother for us. The rooms were cozy, and the apartment style layouts were a highlight. They allowed larger groups to stay together, which really helped with team bonding throughout the retreat. All meals provided were halal, which was great for our participants. We also appreciate the clarity that Qing Palace is no pork no lard because alcohol is served, which helped us plan our dining arrangements accordingly. A special shout out to Sarah, the Sales Director, who was exceptional from start to end. She supported us throughout the entire planning process and was equally present during execution. Sarah was always prompt in her replies and went out of her way to help us make arrangements whenever we needed assistance. Truly a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Pulai Springs for corporate retreats and large scale events! Away from the city, focused on the present.

She was friendly, attentive, and very well-organized, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the program. Book thru Resort , Mr Calvin, the reservation manager assisted n the booking of the 7 rooms with patience, accommodating n very helpflulness . Deluxe room was very spacious, luv it. Thk u Mr Abdullah at the reception for recommending the seafood restaurant. Ms Faezah, the front line before entering the restaurant for bfast n dinner was extremely super courteous, pleasant n made our day. She can be the resort poster girl in advertising to the world. Thank you to all especially the three outstanding staff.
