Extremely disappointed with the service and communication at Pretty Nails. I reached out well in advance to book an appointment for 31/1/26. We were in the middle of discussing services and package usage, but the shop failed to finalize the booking. If they were unclear whether I had accepted the slot or not, they should have asked for confirmation instead of keeping quiet. There was absolutely no follow-up from their side. It was only when I followed up on the actual day of the intended appointment that they told me they were full and hadn't 'fixed' my slot due to a supposed lack of response. This is incredibly poor customer management and a terrible experience. I am now seeking a refund for my remaining package sessions as I can no longer trust their booking process or their service standards.
