Had a really pleasant stay here! The staff was nice, the room was clean, and it is close to the city center. The water heater is available, but I couldn’t turn it on, still it was not a big deal. There are many restaurants nearby and also laundry just beside the hotel. I would love to stay here again when I visit JB.

Have been staying for quite a number of times. I could say that the stay is much much better than any other 2-star hotels that i've been staying. The location is superb - not too far fr jb city center but not too noisy with traffic. There are restaurants nearby and recently a 24 hrs laundry shop has been opened. Room is sufficient for couples with short stay and ample space for us to pray in the room. Aircond and tv works as it should.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Hygiene We booked this hotel through Agoda as a more affordable option. While check-in was smooth, our overall experience was quite disappointing. Initially, we mistakenly entered the wrong room because it was already open when we tapped our key. That shouldn’t happen—keycards are supposed to prevent unauthorized access. Since the door was open, we didn’t notice the room number and only realized the mistake later. In our actual room, the air-conditioning wasn’t working well. After we raised the issue, the staff asked us to wait an hour to see if it improved. When it didn’t, they moved us to another room. However, the keycard for the new room didn’t work, so I had to go back to reception to get a manual key. The air-conditioning in the second room was fine, but the hygiene was unacceptable. The blanket had visible stains, and even the inner layer was dirty. This is not something any guest should have to deal with, especially families. The staff were generally polite, but the poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness ruined the stay. I would not recommend this hotel for families or anyone expecting basic standards of hygiene and security.
