• 2H 2025: 3/5. Stayed 2N in an apartment on 34F with 3 rooms for 2 people each (Totalling SGD220), one with an ensuite bathroom, common bathroom and spacious living and dining area, and kitchenette. Fairly dated building but pleasant, safe, and conveniently located. Would consider as an option again if looking for modest accommodation in future.

We stayed in 3 rooms apartment in Pinnacle Tower for 1 night. Will not stay here again. Most of the kitchen utensils are not clean. Some are even rusty. Air con noisy. Shower head not proper install and need replacement as the water are leaking badly.

Stay Duration: 28 November - 1 December 2024 Our stay at Pinnacle Tower was extremely disappointing, and we will not be returning. At SGD120 per night, it was grossly overpriced for the substandard conditions we experienced. 1. First Impressions • The building appeared rundown and poorly maintained. • The compound was dirty, with algae-covered walls, fallen tiles, broken roofs, and scattered litter. • It was evident the property hadn’t been cleaned or repaired in years. 2. Apartment Cleanliness • The apartment floor was visibly dirty upon arrival. • A check of the mop and pail revealed they were bone dry, confirming the floors hadn’t been mopped before our stay. • I had to clean the floor myself twice to make it livable. 3. Maintenance Issues • The kitchen sink was clogged from day one. • While someone was sent to address it, they admitted they weren’t a trained plumber and couldn’t fully resolve the issue. • We had to live with slow drainage throughout our stay. 4. Pool Facilities and Cleanliness • The swimming pool was filthy, littered with items such as a large plastic bag, cigarette butts, a Q-tip, a lighter, sweet wrappers, and bird droppings. • It smelled strongly of algae, indicating a lack of chlorination and filtration. • There were no deck chairs or designated areas to place personal belongings. • We left our belongings on the floor, only to find them crawling with ants later. 5. Noise Disturbance • Every night, the resident upstairs began dragging furniture and running around at approximately 11:30 PM, sometimes continuing until 2:30 AM. • While the host promptly reported the issue to management, I was told I needed to personally report the disturbance to the security guardhouse when it happened, which was inconvenient. 6. Family-Unfriendly Environment • Many residents encountered in the lobby or elevators were scantily clad foreign women, making the environment unsuitable for families. 7. Host Engagement • Although the host responded to our complaints and took action where possible, their approach was purely reactive. • There was no proactive communication or effort to check in during our stay to ask if there was anything else they could assist with. • It was particularly disappointing to receive a WhatsApp message asking us not to leave a rating below 5 stars to protect their superhost status, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Conclusion: Pinnacle Tower fell far short of acceptable standards in cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and hospitality. The lack of proper pool maintenance, dirty apartment conditions, and unprofessional host behavior made it a regrettable choice. At SGD120 per night, it was a complete disappointment. I do not recommend this property, especially for families seeking a safe and comfortable environment.

Spacious apartment with nice balcony. Comes with nice carpark lot. Good security with card system. Very convenient location to all amenities. Bathrooms need refurbishment and a deep clean. Strange phenomenon happened to my brother in the other room - found a piece of underwear on his bed in the morning (not his)!

I was quite traumatised by my stay here. The apartment we stayed in looked nothing like the photos online. We got the one at level 34 (3BR). The apartment was falling apart. - Ants infestation on the kitchen counter, dining table and living room table. We couldn't keep food outside because ants would just attack the food. Even when I double bagged and tied a pastry, the ants managed to get in. - Dirty toilet. Master bedroom toilet tap and sink were rusty, hot water was hard to get in the shower, the hooks were broken so there was nowhere to hang clothes and towels. - No housekeeping during our stay of two nights - we had to throw our rubbish in this big dumpster in the hallway (no rubbish chute - no idea how frequent they clear the rubbish). - The lifts were very shaky. Was quite scary at times. - Neighbour opposite us was quite nosy. We bumped into them one day and this middle-aged auntie just stood outside her door (which was facing our door) and watched us the whole time we unlocked the door and went in. No idea why she was such a busybody - so rude and unnecessary. - One of the nights I was woken up by some foreign women shouting at 3am. After about 10 minutes, a man shouted something at them and all was quiet. - As many reviews noted, the club was quite loud and you can hear the sounds till 2am. The customer service was quite nice - they were responsive on whatsapp and when we left behind something in the room, they helped pack it for us to retrieve. But I don't think we will ever come back here again.
