  • Cozy. Accomodatuon is excellent. Easy access as it is in the mall itself. There s a lobby for pick up. Service is good. Location is stragetic. As it is near other s mall as well like Angsana, Sutera Mall and Kipmall used to be known as Kipmart,now improvise. IT CAN BE JAMMED FOR VEHICLES AS IT IS A WELL KNOWN MALL...

  • We booked a huge airbnb with 3 bedrooms that have 5 queen beds that could sleep 10. The unit on 22 floor, has a great view, is kid friendly, has toys, books, tent, baby bath tub, kids cutleries. There is a washer, stove, pots and pans, plates, cups, tv, Netflix, Aircon and ceiling fans. Convenient to go to the mall downstairs. Lots of food options here. Shower area has no door to prevent splashes though, would be great if hand soap and tissue paper are provided.

  • Staying here was okay. The apartment is a bit small but functional for a short stay. Cleanliness was not bad. However, our owner wasn't very attentive and took quite a long time to reply to messages. If it rains and you're stuck for things to do with kids, the Baby Shark indoor theme park inside Paradigm Mall is a great backup option

  • Very convenient location. Apartment was comfortable, cosy & clean. Do note that if you are parking, you are allocated to a specific lot. Ended up getting wheel clamped for parking in another lot even though carpark was almost empty.

  • The apartment at Paradigm Residence is spacious and clean, suitable for families. It comes with a basic kitchen (pots and pans), a working washing machine, and housekeeping does a good job. The receptionist is responsive and helpful. However, a major downside is that only one key card is provided. The key card is required to enter and exit the building, including tapping out through a glass door. For three adult guests, this is very inconvenient—only the person holding the card can freely come and go. If the key card is taken out, those inside cannot leave the building. This is not only inconvenient but also a serious safety concern in case of emergencies like a fire, as guests without the key card would be unable to exit. Providing additional key cards would greatly improve the experience.
