Located above the Paradigm Mall, this apartment is comfortable and equipped with the basic necessities like towels, shower gel, shampoo, kettle, microwave, and TV. The beds are comfortable and because we were on a higher floor, the view both day and night is nice. We did wake up to some drilling above us which was unpleasant since we order-in breakfast before checking out. The proximity to the mall was good as we were able to catch a movie late at night and not have to travel beyond the property. It would be good if better instructions were left with guest about how to get back to the apartment after the mall closes.

The 2 bedroom suite were big and spacious. Though there was a foul smell of dampness, from either the aircon unit or the toilet, in one of the bedroom. Location is great, just above the mall, accessible at UG. The carpark lot is designated, and abit far from the lift lobby.

Loved this place. Right above the mall and so convenient. The unit (13-12) was clean, spacious though view was nothing much. Didn't try out the pool or gym but will do so soon, since we booked for another visit in a few weeks.

Cleanliness was severely lacking. The floor felt dusty and sticky, as if it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Basic amenities, such as a toothbrush kit, were not provided, which was disappointing for a stay expecting basic hygiene standards. Bedding comfort was subpar—the pillow was too soft, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only positive was its convenient access to the mall.

This is our first time staying here. Check in was easy. Room was spacious n clean. Fully air-conditioned. Access is private. Paradigm mall is below the residence block so food n shopping is at your doorstep. Carpark is brightly lit n safe. Value for money n highly recommended.
