I initially booked the RM128 promo treatment, and after the hair scan analysis, I decided to upgrade to a more targeted treatment that suited my scalp condition better. The session started with a head massage using the gua sha technique, followed by a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. It was extremely comfortable and soothing. The therapist then applied the treatment products to my scalp, together with a steaming process to help the products penetrate deeper for better absorption. Even the hair washing was a treat. The chair has built-in massage functions, which made the experience even more relaxing. The entire hair spa session lasted around 1.5 hours, and it never felt rushed at all. My scalp felt noticeably cleaner and refreshed after the treatment, and I will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely fantastic! The service was absolutely amazing 10/10! Well Done ladies at KCI mall JB located on level 1 shop 108! You have done an amazing job if I lived here I would be back every month to get it done!3 of us came here 2 were recommended for an aromatherapy scalp treatment! Best advice. Nini, Than Than, Soe Soe did a great job! And Yvonne was an absolute jem in making sure everything was perfect for us all throughout!

My scalp felt deeply cleansed, and the stylist gave me great aftercare advice. My hair has never looked so full and glossy. Perfect self-care experience! The therapist took time to analyze my scalp with a camera and explained what was causing the buildup. The treatment itself was so relaxing — a mix of gentle exfoliation, nourishing oils, and a soothing massage. My hair feels lighter, cleaner, and looks shinier than it has in ages. Definitely coming back for regular sessions. Highly recommend!

Brilliant experience. I had the “oily” scalp diagnosis and paid a great value for money price. The therapists were really polite and caring. Nini was my therapist and she was very thorough and patient ( I have long hair which was very knotty and tangled). I actually dosed off during the scalp treatment. They offered us products for after care but there was no forceful sales pitch. Overall a brilliant experience. I would highly recommend anyone visiting KSL city mall in Johor to stop by and get this pampering session . Oh and my hair looks brilliant!
