Mydin Mutiara Rini is actually quite big and convenient, you can do a lot in one stop. There’s Mary Brown, Ai-CHA Ice Cream & Tea, snack spots like Gerey Lekor / Lekoryaki, plus services like GeekFix (gadgets/repairs), Tukang Station (keys/shoe-related), Bingxue, carwash, Harold bread and so. The corridor is bright and easy to walk, so overall the place should feel comfortable. The food court has so many wonderful food like Nasi Arab very nice. We tried at Selera Kampung but taste is so so. 10 of us ate there but taste is normal. Gerey Lekor not nice at all. Wasting money. But keropok keping is still good. Aicha is still good. BUT I need to mention one thing that really ruined our visit: our experience at Mydin. We bought our items and paid everything, receipt in hand. The moment we walked out, the alarm rang, and instead of handling it calmly, we were stopped and spot-checked multiple times even though it was clearly the tea box that triggered the alarm and it was clearly listed on the receipt as paid. The way they handled it felt messy and unfair, and honestly it was so embarrassing. It wasn’t just “a small inconvenience”, it genuinely messed up the mood of the whole day. One more practical note: parking is always full, so we ended up parking at KFC and walking over. I still like Mydin Mutiara Rini as a place (good mix of food + shops + services), but I really hope Mydin improves how they handle alarms and checks, because customers who already paid shouldn’t be made to feel like that in public.

ubject: Formal Complaint Regarding Rude Service at Mydin Mutiara Rini To the Management of Mydin (Mutiara Rini branch), I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced at the Mutiara Rini branch. During checkout, the cashier instructed us to scan the MyKasih card. However, the uncle in front of us was told to scan but eventually paid using his own money. My mother and I politely asked whether scanning was actually required. The cashier responded in a very loud and rude tone. My mother was shocked by the way the cashier raised her voice at us. The counter staff’s attitude was extremely rude. She showed an unpleasant facial expression and treated us disrespectfully. Furthermore, she made a scanning mistake twice. I politely tried to assist, but instead of responding professionally, she raised her voice again and told me to “wait.” This raises the question — who was actually being impatient? I understand that retail staff may feel tired or stressed. However, this does not justify treating customers in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Customers deserve basic courtesy and respect at all times. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I urge the management to take this complaint seriously and take appropriate disciplinary action to prevent such behavior from happening again. Please investigate this matter and provide a proper explanation. Thank you.

We definitely had a great time walking around at this Mydin. What we experienced for others is that, Mydin is rather small, one floor shopping area. This place is huge! It is like a megamart and we really walked around from top to bottom. Hahahaha.. There were lots of small shops from other tenants around. Shopping has never been so easy😂. There was an event celebration happening so we managed to see some big shot sponsoring items for some organization.. which was a cool thing to see. We would definitely come back here to shop.. as there are way lesser crowd and lesser bugging shop/stall owners😅. Check out our photos to understand more.. Definitely a place to come back to. Cheers!!
