Simple hostel with cheap price and very good service. The lighting on/off time is really good. Muslim friendly because it prohibits placing alcohol and pork in the refrigerator and cooking utensils. I will recommend this to my friends.

The worst place ever. I booked one room here in advance. But when I arrived at night, the owner said there was no more room because he gave my room to other people. This is how they make money, overselling their room and bed. And he dosen't allow me to stay in the yard to look for other place online. He hurried me to leave. Then I had to take my backpack and wandered on the street at night. and the location is terrible. it's no close to any place. This is their service. Just book it if u wanna be in my situation.

My stay at memory guesthouse was beyond expectations. Gan is a very good host and helps you in every way possible. I wanted to extend my stay by one night and he was able to arrange something for me last minute. I would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in JB!
