I’ve been here many times before, but today was honestly the worst experience ever. I’ve never seen this particular staff before, it was my first time meeting him, and this is how he treated me? terrible. from the moment I walked in, the staff at the cashier didn’t even ask how many hours I wanted to sing. he just did whatever he wanted without communicating properly. His face was unfriendly, no smile, no greeting, just rude as hell. then later, he told me “Room 2”. I even repeated it to confirm, so I went to Room 2 as told. but the room wasn’t cleaned at all. I had to call another staff to clean it, and even then, nobody said I was in the wrong room. after a while, the screen suddenly locked, so I called the staff again for help. then that same guy came and started talking to me in an angry tone, asking why I went into that room. I explained it was because he said Room 2, but he kept that rude tone, gave me attitude, and walked off without even saying sorry. totally unacceptable. I’ve supported this place for so long, but this experience really changed how I feel about coming here again. please train your staff better. customers deserve respect, not rude treatment.

Best ktv.the staff was very friendly and nice,the price is also very suitable for many people.they have food to like western and local.the karaoke systems was very good and they have many option of song to play also they have YouTube if you didn't find your song
