Brought my mum to visit eye specialist clinic. Although the clinic doesn't do much renovation but it serves the purpose for quality of medical care. Wisma maria hospital is small but generally have adequate common medical services with excellent customer services. The location is super near to city square, probably 15-20 min walk but troublesome. Good cheaper choice for ppl who are from Singapore. New ENT clinic joining, I will write review if visiting

My dad has a stroke went to the emergency department, Dr James who was seeing dad arrange for CT brain right away . His explanation is very clear and understandable. Thank god that is just a minor stroke. Dr James was very patience and spent time to talk to my dad regarding dietary, blood sugar control and also important of exercise after stroke. He took time to explain the medicines and all the inquiries that we have. We’re glad that we met such a nice and friendly Dr. Not forgetting the nurses and the staff also. Keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was having severe abdomen pain. Visited to ED on 13/11 night. The staff there were attended to me immediately. Dr James was the oncall doctor. He diagnosed me as Appendicitis right away after palpate my abdomen and knowing my symptoms. He is so friendly and caring that he put patient safety as priority. Dr Gan is my surgeon, he is experienced and professional. He spent time to explain operation details to me and I was discharge the next day after operation as per his plan. The hospital bed was comfortable enough, I’m in a four beded and there is a sofa couch for the caregiver to sleep. The total bill is also reasonable but unfortunately I’m under AIA insurance and this is not under their panel so I got to pay and claim. Overall I have good experience during hospitalisation by the care provided my doctors and nurses.

Dr Gan (the general surgeon ) is one of the worst doctor I have ever spoken with. He was really rude and made me really uncomfortable to talk with. What type of doctor talks to a patient like this, really rude and disrespectful and rolling his eyes while talking, like he was somehow irritated to talk with me. When I asked something to clarify my doubt, he was like, " did you even listen to what I was saying? Did you listen ?". Had to pay RM 297.50, for consultation. He made me feel so embarrassed and humiliated. Maybe he is a good surgeon (maybe) but when it comes to talking with patients, not so much

Went there for treatment on an infected burn. Was a Sunday expected a long wait but was looked after fast and very professionally. Right next to doubletree easy to find
