She was extremely patient in explaining the importance of proper hair care and took the time to ensure I understood each step of the treatment process. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication made the entire experience both comfortable and educational. Truly impressed and will definitely return for future treatments. This is my 2nd time having my haircut at Luxe Signature. Overall experience was great! Alvin was attentive when I explained the haircut I want. He even went beyond and gave me recommendations on the cut based on my hair conditions. He doesn’t simply cut based on what I prefer but what suits me best. The cut he gave was very stylish, yet practical. Definitely recommend him as your stylist the next time you visit JB. Michelle on the other hand, gave a very thorough hair wash and even recommended me to use their scalp shampoo as part of the hair wash due to my sensitive scalp. This salon is located very near to the customs, so it’s gonna be even more convenient once the RTS is up by 2026.

I had such a great experience with Michelle and Billy. They were attentive, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Michelle was meticulous and thoughtful while Billy offered honest advice and made sure everything was done perfectly. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and very well taken care of. Highly recommend them both for anyone looking for excellent hair service.

Leaving this review in exchange for a token hair mask. Was served by Catherine and Yvonne for a cut, root colour touch-up and a basic treatment. They have an option of hot tea or water to keep you hydrated during the session. Got some of the dye on my face and there was hair left behind by the last person on the table counter, but I appreciated that the lady at the front desk came to check on me and asked to have the dye on my forehead cleaned off. They also explained what was being used on me (including the scalp protecting spray and the treatment) so that I know what I’m paying for. Relaxing service by the ladies. They told me I could bring the free mask jar back for a refill the next time I visit, which is nice.

Billy and Michelle very professional and still remain their standard after covid. Every visit are very happening, because Billy will give surprised. and Michelle still remain their skill! thank you for the professional cutting and good service! ❤️❤️❤️
