No reservations, this family karaoke was opened when we were there at 1am. The service is great, super friendly staff. The interior of the karaoke was so cool. Felt like an escape room layout haha KTV easy to pick songs. Some songs glitch but maybe that’s in the system. The QR code to add songs on our phone is not that great so we sticked to using the KTV in the room. They had free flow of drinks which is great. We were also given an option to pick a game to play and we had Uno Jenga which is fun for anyone in the room who is not singing at the moment. Audio in room is good. We never ordered snacks or food as we were told they didn’t have it that time at the moment. There is a CU convenience store nearby, which is great to go to if you want to grab a bite, even if you finish at 3am, the time the karaoke closes. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re with your family and nearby!!

the service hotline was rude. the way she talk like i’m a kid. The call was constantly cutting off and i couldn’t hear her properly, when i ask her to repeat, she talk to me like i was some kind of kid and couldn’t understand her. it’s not my problem that the call was like trash, she could have talked properly on the phone and try to help me. it’s my first time trying to book online and this karaoke only wants online reservation. If they only want online reservation, try to show some respect. Thank you.

Just went there for karaoke. Everything was pleasant. The atmosphere was fantastic and you barely can't hear people sing next to your room. They also provide free flow drinks and ice cream and it's self service. They also have variety of ala cart food that you can order as well. The song list also quite decent and updated. For Malay song (top 80's to 90's) also available. All tiktok and viral song are also available. I definitely will come back. (8/10)

whats the service？i order french fries from 6pm after 30min i ask the staff my order is it done？he say waiting, then waiting until 1hour. French fries is it hard to fry ？i don't know how can wait until 1 hour this one i can not accept
