3 January 2026 8pm Karaoke box got Room 16 the zinc wall electrified my finger when I touch, maybe should fix. RM120+ for 3pax for 3 hours (RM35/pax) got free ice cream and drinks. Should have snacks on buffet counter (coz KL outlet have snacks) but need pay extra for it but its ok. Sound system is very well maintained. I can hear a clear sound song and my voice on the speaker. All the song I searched got inside the player means almost all songs have. But tone high low and mic settings is broken cannot change please fix. Overall Recommended. Might come again.

I’m honestly quite disappointed with my experience here due to the misleading way the membership was presented. Both online and at the outlet, there was no clear mention of any membership fee. Based on the information provided, I genuinely thought the membership sign-up was complimentary. There was no visible pricing displayed on the website, promotional materials, or at the counter itself. After completing the sign-up process, I was suddenly informed that there was a 38 ringgit membership fee. This came as a surprise because at no point prior was the cost clearly stated. I immediately expressed that I was not comfortable proceeding and requested for the membership sign-up to be cancelled. What made the situation more frustrating was that the counter staff insisted they were unable to cancel the transaction on their POS system. This did not make sense, as I had not made any payment and nothing had been billed or finalized. In most standard POS systems, transactions are only completed and recorded once payment is collected. Since no money had changed hands, there should not have been an issue cancelling it. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily rigid and unaccommodating. As a non-local customer, this felt ambiguous and unfair. Transparent pricing should be clearly communicated upfront, especially when it involves mandatory fees. Customers should not only find out about charges after committing to a sign-up process. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression despite what could have otherwise been an enjoyable visit.

96myr for a room for 3 hours. the room is quite big and has a lot of cushion. got 3 mikes with covers. aircon quite cold haha and cannot adjust. freeflow drinks and ice cream! salted caramel and chocolate yum. i like that you can search by top canto, chi, eng, hokkien songs. got most of the classic english pop songs. but hard to search for singers even if they have it in the system. they have sabrina carpenter songs but if you try to search sabrina carpenter the artist she won't show up.

Quite spacious space for 4pax. Price was very reasonable as well 35rm per hour for small room. System was all good as well, although there was a tv glitch and no time extension was given.

Nice and decent room size for us (a family of 4). Sound system was good. Staffs service is very good. My n number of time here. Will definitely come back again.
