The hypermart is very specious, big walking space, no need to worry trolley bump to others~ The complex is a better managed like a mall, modern and clean~ other tenants include a big Bingxue outlet, Watson, foodcourt etc~ Next door is Aeon Tebrau which is pretty convenient~ there's free 2hrs parking if I remember correctly~

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable experience I had at your Lotus’s terbau On 25/12, at approximately 2pm, I was at the checkout counter to make payment for my purchases. However, your payment system was completely unusable. I was made to wait for around 20 minutes at the counter, yet the issue was not resolved. What made the situation worse was the poor attitude of the staff involved. There was a lack of clear communication, no proper explanation, and no effort to manage the situation professionally. I was left standing there wasting my time without any alternative arrangement or apology. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a major retail chain. As a paying customer, I expect basic operational readiness and professional customer service. A non-functioning payment system combined with indifferent staff behavior reflects poorly on Lotus’s service standards. I expect a clear explanation for this incident and assurance that corrective actions will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in shopping at Lotus’s. I look forward to your prompt response.

Average supermarket with some average high prices, 2 hours free parking is acceptable and has fast EV chargers and type 2 chargers which was most welcomed.

Nice place, you can buy plenty of things here as there are various shop inside. Toy shop, sports, clothing and many more. On the ground floor, there is plenty of choice of eatery. If you are really hungry, I'm sure U can definitely find something here. Best part - parking is free inside the mall compound. 🤩
