Staff were extremely rude and non-chalant, particularly the 2 young boys in hoodies. The whole time we stood at the counter, they were just engaged in their own conversation until we spoke to them first. They spoke to us in such a sarcastic tone and couldn't be bothered to attend to us. Super unfriendly. Told us all lanes were reserved and that we couldn't get a lane when there were clearly other lanes without the reserved sign. 😒😒👎🏻👎🏻

I called to enquiry about lane availability, you didnt answer. I whatsApp you at 420pm asking if I can walk in tonight, you said can. Then when I walk in, with sooo many lanes still open, the staff told me its fully booked. Wasted my time driving all the way here.

First of all, I got scammed by one of their employees cuz after playing a game, I checked back the receipt and they put extra charges that I didn't have anything to do with it and they also charged me for the 5PM time but I bought a lane at 4:17. Secondly, there's a lot of the bowling ball has cracks and scratches. I may not be a professional but it kinda ruins the fun Thirdly, There's a place where their smoke some cigarettes near the entrance, why do they have that? It's a bowling place where you can be exhausted after playing and be needing to breathe and these employees just smoking cigarettes like it's very safe. I'm gonna end here even though I still have more to talk about. Overall, this place is a SCAM.

So sad my new ball got so many cut from land 11. Always come here in the morning about 10-11am Got a few empty lands A bit hot, the air con is not cold 3 games RM15 weekday office hr RM3 for shoes renting My personal ball did not get scratched only a bit black mark.
