Called to verify if someone worked there. After introducing myself, the HR Mdm. Nellie replied rudely and ended our call with "I do not talk to someone that I do not know". The call lasted barely a minute, from reception pickup my call. Edit: (as response to your comment, removed my subjective feeling) I will give facts based on your reply: 1. "fickle accusation" I did made two calls on on 10 July 2025. First call ended by Mdm. Nellie with the exact sentence as per my review. Second call was ended before I could talk to her. 2. "have investigated this matter internally" The title for Ms. Messi IS NOT Mister. 3. "PDPA" As a HR myself, I do understand that HR cannot disclose any private information of any employees/ex employees. However, the concerned individual (NOT third party) has emailed using personal email address on 08 July 2025 to Mdm. Nellie. I, as HR, who is also recipient of the said email merely wanted to follow up this matter by calling your center. 4. "a simple matter " Yes, in my experience it was a very simple matter. We did not expect confirming such matter would take up such effort. After not receiving a response to our email and being unable to communicate via phone, we were disappointed to have to resort to communication through a Google review. 5. Our request Kindly check your inbox and let us know if you are still in possession of the particular document related to the concerned individual.
