We had a really nice stay at Mosaic Southkey! The location is super convenient, just near Mid Valley, which made everything easy for us. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and it worked really well for our family of 5 plus our helper. The master bedroom had two king beds and even came with extra mattresses, so space was definitely not an issue. Our helper had her own room too, which was a big plus. The kids loved the setup. One slept below while the other two had a bed each with a parent, so everyone was happy and comfortable. The house was clean, even though we could tell the place is a bit aged. The shared bathroom was clean and totally fine. The only small downside was the master bedroom toilet, which had a slight mouldy smell and a few mouldy spots behind the sink and on the portable bathtub. Nothing major, but worth checking for future guests. Overall, we’d still recommend this place for families. It’s very family-friendly and the kids absolutely loved the pool and water play area. They enjoyed it so much that we even extended our stay by an hour just to let them play longer 😄

The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. It smelled fresh, the sheets and towels were crisp and clean, and the kitchen was so spotless I felt comfortable cooking immediately. You can tell the host takes hygiene seriously. A+ for cleanliness. "Exceeded Cleanliness Expectations" "I'm quite particular about cleanliness, and this place exceeded my expectations. No hidden dust, the bathroom grout was sparkling, and the floors were spotless. It felt like checking into a high-end hotel. Would absolutely book again for this reason alone. · Perfect for a Germ-Conscious Traveler This apartment was clearly professionally cleaned. High-touch surfaces were sanitized, and everything was in perfect order. It gave me total peace of mind during my stay. "A Perfect Home Away From Home" This was the perfect find! The apartment is exactly as pictured—bright, modern, and incredibly clean. The bed was super comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I stayed at this homestay from 5th to 8th February, and it was honestly one of the best homestays I’ve ever stayed in. The customer service was outstanding — whenever we asked anything, they replied within minutes, which made the whole stay very comfortable and stress-free. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and well organised, with clear instructions and great support throughout. I’ve stayed in many homestays before, but I can confidently say this one stands out. They thoughtfully provided extra necessary items such as a dental kit, hair dryer, rubbish bags, toilet paper, and more, which really shows how much care they put into guest comfort. Overall, I would give the highest rating to this homestay. A big thank you to Vki & Priya for their kindness and excellent service. May God bless you always. 🙏✨

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay with M&X Homestay at the KSL 2-bedroom unit. The unit was very clean, bright, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated that it’s a private lift unit, which made the stay much more comfortable and not crowded at all. The bedrooms were clean, and the mattresses were comfortable, allowing us to rest well. My mum, who isn’t able to walk for long periods, was especially happy with the convenience. Staying at M&X Homestay really enhanced her overall experience and gave us peace of mind. Highly recommended, and we will definitely introduce this place to our friends for future stays.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at KSL D'Esplanade Residence @ M&X HomeStay was nothing short of excellent. 🛎️ Check-in Experience The check-in process was seamless. The host provided clear video guidance and step-by-step instructions, making it easy to navigate from the security gate to retrieving the keys and entering the room. 🏡 Room & Amenities The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-organized. Thoughtful amenities such as dental kits, fresh towels, and toiletries were provided. Both the bathroom and bedrooms were immaculate, reflecting great attention to detail. The rooms were well-ventilated, with air-conditioning and fans working perfectly. A highlight was the massive 70-inch smart TV, complete with internet access and Netflix — perfect for family entertainment. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-Friendly Comfort We were a group of 7 people including 3 kids, and the space accommodated us comfortably. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi, while the adults appreciated the relaxing in-room facilities. 🌟 Overall Impression This homestay truly delivered on comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Every detail — from the smooth check-in to the well-equipped rooms — made our stay enjoyable. ✅ Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru.
