My mum and I had my facial here today for the first time. We were greeted by one staff who patiently introduced us to the different combos. My Mum and I chose Combo A under her recommendation. My Mum was served by Toni who was great at her job and conversing with my Mum. I had mine done by Rhy. She was very professional and recommended Combo C for better hydration which is more suitable for my skin. Upon each step, she informed me what she was going to do. Unlike my mum, I'm not very talkative so she let me rest while she did her thing. Very professional and warm team. I definitely will recommend others as well.

A friend recommended Kskin to me, and this was my first time doing a facial treatment there. The staff were very polite and courteous, which made me feel comfortable right away. I have quite a lot of deep clogged pores, so the cleansing process can be painful at first. My friend mentioned that it gets less painful after a few more treatments, so I’m looking forward to that.
