The best thing about getting facial here are NO selling of packages! And it's fast, though queue will be long but it's fine, can walk around then come back. It was a lovely experience at Komtar outlet, served by Miss Patty. Upon knowing I'm pregnant, she recommended the suitable package for me and also shared on the products that I can use. The whole treatment is very detailed and clean. Very patience while removing my blackheads and whiteheads ensuring I don't feel pain. Highly recommend Miss Patty!

Happened to walk pass at KSkin at Komtar JBCC, So I checked the availability and Yenny is very nice and approachable. I had the combo F.She was the one who assisted me, everything ran smoothly. I truly enjoyed it.She was friendly,gentle,professional and didn't feel rush (like some of my previous experience with kskin) and I also appreciate that she did her work very attentive.My skin feel fresh and more hydrated after do this combo.I will definitely coming back here and do many at this outlet already.I still like all komtar jbcc beautician compare with other outlet.Other outlet don't has the welcoming &environment like komtar jbcc.Yenny was welcoming and professional. She understand my skin concerns and recommended the product for me. After the facial, My skin feels refreshed and looks glowing. The place was clean and relaxing.
