This was my first time being admitted to a hospital and undergoing surgery, so naturally, I was quite nervous. However, I’m incredibly grateful to say that the entire experience went much better than I could have imagined. From the moment I was admitted, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. My doctor, Dr Wan Adnan was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease my worries. I truly appreciate the dedication and support from everyone involved. A big thank you to the medical team for making this experience as smooth and positive as possible. I couldn’t have asked for better care. The facilities were also clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made me feel safe and cared for. Overall, it was truly a five-star experience and a hospital I can trust. Highly recommended .

KPJ Pasir Gudang is the best.. Excellent service at KPJ Pasir Gudang. Registration was fast, the waiting time was reasonable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. My child received treatment at KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital, and overall we had a very positive experience. The nurses and doctors were very friendly, patient, and caring towards my child, which really helped to ease our worries as parents. The treatment provided was professional and attentive. The food served was healthy and suitable, which we appreciated during our stay. I would also like to thank the customer service staff, especially Ms. Wana, for taking the time to explain the KPJ Healthcare membership clearly, including how to collect and redeem points. Her assistance was very helpful. We are truly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this hospital to other parents. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful care and support provided to our child.

Alhamdulillah excellent service at kpj pasir gudang.. 1st time with Dr.Salmi oct 2025 was very good and excellent experience with her. full of memories, thank you.. 2nd time with Dr. Shahidi feb 2026.. all my doctors are very attentive, friendly, kind and professional, environment very clean and very comfortable, many facilities available, serving food so good, many choices, also get free gift..nurse2 is very helpful, soft and supportive, also don't forget to mrs wana always take care, helpful, soft spoken and guide me if i have some problem. actually i'm uncomfortable every admitted at hospital, but this hospital that is kpj pasir gudang make me feel very comfortable and unexpected. All staff members from security, nurses and doctors are very helpful and always give me positive support. Very recommended. Thank you.. 🥰
