Came here because of good reviews of Dr Kishan. But during my visit we were attended by another female doctor. She could really improve her service by taking the time to hear patient's story & expressions of our sickness, rather than very fast less than 2 mins of consultation then quickly calling the next patient.

I’ve had one of the best medical visits to this clinic. The experience is seamless , DrKishan spends time in assessing and deciding the best treatment for his patients. I’ve had a terrible 4 months with cough and nerve issues, resolved within a week of effective medications and the laser treatment for pain management that his clinic offers. Keep up the amazing work and kudos!

Had a very positive visit to Klinik Sentosa. Dr. Kishan is very approachable and explains medical terms in a way that is easy to understand. He is very thorough and doesn't rush the consultation. Highly recommend Klinik Sentosa if you're looking for quality care in Johor Bahru.

Very disappointing consultation experience. I visited Klinik Sentosa on 2 February 2026 due to stomach discomfort and was attended by a female Indian doctor. The entire consultation lasted less than 3 minutes. There was no proper questioning, no physical examination, and the consultation ended very quickly. I felt that my condition was not properly assessed at all. As a patient, I came seeking medical help and professional advice, not a rushed and dismissive experience. This level of consultation raises concerns about the quality of care provided. I hope the clinic will take this feedback seriously and improve the professionalism and consultation standards of its doctors.
